If the direction is off, everything spreads.
Faster.
Alignment is quieter.
Less visible.
Less dramatic.
It holds things together.
When my things align,
less of my work produces more impact.
When they don’t,
more of my work produces more noise.
Volume can feel like I am being productive.
Alignment is when I am.
