Leave Room for theboss

We act like we’re the boss.

Like it’s all on us to figure out, fix, force, solve.

The good news about being the boss? You’re in charge.

The bad news? You’re in charge.

What we call theboss is what we trust is in charge.

What if being part of something bigger,

something like theboss,

means it’s not all on you to figure out, fix, or solve?

What if some of it is above our pay grade?

thebossissupergenerous.

Not always immediate. Not on our timeline.

Always at the right time.

Always generous.

Leaving room for theboss isn’t giving up.

It’s being honest about who is in control.

It’s trust.

Trust that doing what’s indicated is good enuf.

Good enuf allows us to leave room for theboss.

What would it look like to leave room, without letting go of responsibility?
