Activity is where the work shows up.
Not in theory or planning.
In movement.
Not all movement is meaningful.
Activity only matters
when it’s tied with process.
When it advances a goal.
When it aligns with intention.
Otherwise, it’s busyness without purpose.
Activity is the expression of alignment.
It’s what happens when I do
what my process says matters.
If I want to know what I’m committed to,
I don’t look at my goals.
I look at my calendar.
I look at my repeated behaviors.
My activity is the evidence.
