It’s easy for me to feel clear
when nothing is moving.
When there’s time to think.
Space to decide.
Room to sort it out
before anything is at stake.
It gets harder when things are in motion.
Multiple inputs.
Changing conditions.
Competing priorities.
That’s where I get exposed.
Motion reveals what still isn’t aligned in me.
My gaps.
My drift.
My uncertainty.
The places where I wanted clarity
without the cost of action.
Stillness can make me feel coherent.
Motion tells me if I am.
Can I hold my direction
while everything is moving?
Can I stay aligned
when the pace picks up?
That’s the work.
Maintaining coherence while things are moving.
Movement reveals the gaps.
In my thinking.
In my alignment.
In my decisions.
Coherence is not a state I arrive at.
It’s an intentional act I practice
while everything else is in motion.
