That’s not where the real work is.

The real work is in the interaction.

In the conversation.

In the moment someone says the thing

we were all avoiding.

In what gets reinforced.

What gets ignored.

What gets repeated.

That’s where I see it now.

The room is the system.

Physical or not.

The room is where it gets shaped.

How we move inside it.

How we respond to each other.

How quickly we defend.

How honestly we say it.

How we hear it.

How much truth

the room can hold.

How we interact is telling the truth

about the system we are in.
