Societal design requires me to walk as an individual first.
Then we can walk together.
A skill must be developed individually.
By an individual.
By me.
Then it can be practiced communally.
If I haven’t trained it in myself,
I can’t contribute it to the group.
Shared development doesn’t bypass personal responsibility.
It multiplies it.
Personal development isn’t separate from community.
It’s the seed of it.
A group can only develop the skills
that its individuals are willing to embody.
