I can say a lot of things.
I can explain my intent.
State my preference.
Describe the plan.
Talk about what I mean to do.
That part matters.
It doesn’t carry the same weight
as what happens.
What keeps measuring me is what I do.
Things are moving.
Conditions changing.
Pressure rising.
My actions are my score of me.
Not my ideas about myself.
Not my plans for myself.
Not my story about what I would do
in the right conditions.
It’s what I do.
That’s the part that humbles me.
Motion reveals my preparation.
My alignment.
My willingness.
My gaps.
That’s what counts.
