Clear ownership.

Now it all happens at once.

Thinking while building.

Designing while testing.

Learning while shipping.

The steps didn’t disappear.

They collapsed.

Into the same moment.

That changes the work.

I don’t get to finish one thing before starting the next.

I’m always inside all of them.

Which means I can’t rely on sequence to create clarity.

I have to carry it with me.

The work didn’t get simpler.

It got simultaneous.

That changes who I have to be while doing it.
