I used to think systems solved problems.

Add structure.

Add process.

Things improve.

Sometimes they do.

Sometimes they don’t.

Systems don’t fix what’s inside them.

They multiply it.

Clarity becomes more visible.

So does confusion.

Alignment compounds.

So does misalignment.

If the direction is clean, the system accelerates it.

If it’s not, the system spreads the noise faster.

I’ve seen both.

More people.

More tools.

More process.

Everything gets bigger.

Not everything gets better.

The system doesn’t choose what to amplify.

It amplifies.

That’s the uncomfortable part.

I can’t hide inside scale.

What’s already present shows up faster.

Stronger.

Clearer.

Systems multiply whatever is there.

Which makes what’s here matter more than ever.
