A delusion is a sleight of truth.
It’s a lie I’ve told myself.
Illusions are shared, temporary, and corrected with awareness.
They distort perception, not intention.
Delusions are personal, persistent, and resistant to change.
They’re the false conclusions we refuse to challenge.
